His career is defined by an ability to build institutions from the ground up and deliver complex projects with operational rigour. He is the Founder Partner of Srinath & Co, a mid-level EPC firm with 18 years of specialisation in industrial structures and commercial builds.

His track record includes establishing a special effects company for the Prasad Group and delivering an 8 MW wind farm from concept to commissioning. His experience in institutional finance, joint venture evaluation, and turnkey delivery makes him a rare operational anchor at board level.

As VP of Software Engineering at Covad Communications, he helped lead the company through a billion USD IPO. He later founded Collation, a configuration management software company acquired by IBM in 2005.

Diganth Subedar serves as General Director of Emmar Capital Corporation, holding responsibility for the Company’s core business operations, strategic execution, and institutional relationships across domestic and international markets.

Diganth joined Emmar in 2019 and has since been integral to the Company’s operational development — working closely with the principal leadership on corporate governance, strategic planning, and the execution of cross-border initiatives.

In his role, he oversees the day-to-day functioning of the institution while building and maintaining relationships with investors, institutional clients, and strategic partners. His approach is defined by operational discipline, professional integrity, and a focus on delivering outcomes that are precise and accountable.
